Sophrology is a therapy that is new to the Philippines but has been very popular in Europe for more than 50 years.
it is used in a large variety of disciplines: in hospitals and medicine in general for pain relief, insomnia, to help patients with cancer, terminal diseases, Alzheimer's, addictions, depression, IBS and ME.
