Update on Sophrology Training 2010

Energy Centre is now into its 6th Sophrologist Training. The number of English Speaking Sophrologists in the world is gradually growing. This is good news as I receive many emails from people around the world, especially the USA and Australia, asking where they can find a Sophrologist in their area.

The benefit of running the courses in Geneva is that their is a wide variety of nationalities among the participants. English is the common language, however, for most participants it is their second or third language. I look forward to each of the newly formed Sophrologists translating Sophrology into their mother tongue.

The exciting thing is that Sophrology is spreading out into the world at exactly the right time. According to the planetary influences and the current events in the world, we are in for a period of big changes, upheavals and general unrest before settling down into a new way of being. Sophrology, being quick, easy to do and effective, is of great benefit to people going through change and transition. Indeed, it was Sophrology that helped me through my transition into Geneva. If I had not found the transition so difficult Sophrology would not now be being taught in English! We never know what benefits will come out of the difficult times.

Now I am off to finish translating and creating the Level 10 Advanced Sophrology course.
